Mesquite Flour Tortillas

To make our delicious flour tortillas, we use the traditional technique of heating on a comal (cast iron skillet). This is how we make sure you are getting the freshest tasting tortilla, the same as you would have thousands of years ago with the Aztecs in Mexico.
Tortilla come from the Spanish word: torta, which means round cake.
Ingredients: flour, salt, lard, water
Our richly flavored mesquite flour tortillas are great for making traditional enchiladas. We also recommend adding beef, pork, chicken and fish as mesquite enhances these foods.
